General
All items listed for sale are genuine antiques and are sold on an “as seen” basis.
Due to the nature of antiques, variations in condition, age-related wear, and imperfections should be expected. We make every effort to describe items accurately and provide clear photographs.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the description of the item(s) you are purchasing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods.
Delivery
We carefully package and ship items using reputable couriers. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside of our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered.
Returns & Refund Policy
As all items are antiques and sold “as seen”, we do not accept returns for change of mind, condition, or suitability.
In line with UK consumer law, we will accept returns only where an item arrives damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
Once verified, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement (if available).
We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this time.
